Experiencing Disney’s legendary Guest service is one of the highlights of any Disney vacation. With the introduction of Disney’s Magical Express® we can ensure Guests experience that service from the moment their vacation begins!

Based at the Orlando International Airport, a Luggage Representative with Disney’s Magical Express Service manages the daily inbound and outbound luggage transportation operation including the collection, scanning, and sorting of luggage by destination. Luggage Representatives also monitor inbound flights, work with areas to retrieve luggage and perform heavy lifting.

Cast Members in this role must have strong communication, teamwork and relationship skills as well as a flexible schedule as they may be scheduled to work weekends, nights, holidays, and as late as 1:30am.

Disney's Magical Express Luggage Representatives receive a starting rate of $9.00/hour.

Full-time, part-time and seasonal Cast Members may also be able to share in various aspects of the Disney Difference.
