Directors should submit a completed application, an audition tape, and a recent color photograph at least two months in advance to give their performers the best chance to participate in a magical experience full of emotions, excitement, pageantry, and pride.
If the group is selected, a Disney Guest Talent Coordinator will be assigned to personally work with the director on all aspects of the group’s performance. There are specific performance guidelines to which each performance group must adhere, depending on the type of group. These details will be included in your confirmation package upon acceptance.
The completed Disney Magic Music Days application and all audition materials must be received at least two months and up to 12 months prior to your requested performance date.

Groups should submit a recent (less than one year old) nonreturnable cassette tape or
VHS-format videotape recording representing the actual number of performers scheduled to attend. Promotional videos that include close-ups and/or other groups and adjudication tapes are not acceptable. All bands, orchestras, dance ensembles, and drill teams should feature two complete selections, while choral groups should have one complete ballad and one complete up-tempo number.

All
groups must also submit a recent (less than one year old) nonreturnable,
full-color photograph (8 x 10 or smaller, and snapshots are acceptable)
that clearly shows the uniforms/costumes to be worn during the
Disney Magic Music Days performance. The photo can be of one person
rather than the whole group.
