Girl power rules whenever Katie Ceil (Vocals/Rhythm Guitar), Shelby Cobra (Vocals/Keyboard), Sophia Mellon (Vocals/Bass), Kate Cabebe (Drums), and Shae Padilla (Lead Guitar) take the stage. Better known as the all-girl rock band KSM, these five Los Angeles-based teens teamed up in 2006, got their big break from The Go-Go's, and have been winning the music world over ever since with their distinctive, hard-rockin' beat. The girls performed their hit track "Hero in You" (featured on the Disney Girlz Rock 2 CD) during the 2008 Tour of Gymnastics Superstars and The Cheetah Girls' One World Tour. Kate, Katie, Shae, Shelby, and Sophia selected the band's name by combining the initials of their first names, "K" and "S," and adding an "M" for music. Each band member brings her unique style, enormous talent, and passion for performing to the group, whose music proves that KSM's on the path to rock history! The Disney Girlz Rock 2 CD is now available in stores.
