These skilled individuals design and develop software and database systems. Working in partnership with the project lead, you lead a team that provides back-line support for resolution of production problems. You are key to analyzing the requirements, design, implementation, testing, and continued support of the new product, including developing software, while interacting with production users, application writers, and system engineers. Your ability to see the "big picture" is a plus. Each product has a long-term vision, and you are that visionary.

Half of your time is spent in development. The other areas of interaction are with production artists, users, and your other team members.
