Disney Difference

Disney CareerStart Program Cast Members receive many extras that are part of the Disney Difference, including theme park admission, discounts on select merchandise, food and beverage, and resort accommodations, invitations to Cast Member exclusive events, and use of the Cast Member recreation area, Mickey’s Retreat. Disney CareerStart Program Cast Members also have the opportunity to take part in special events and activities exclusively designed for participants living in our housing complexes, including pool parties, networking events with Disney leaders, trips to the beach, movie nights, and more.

All Cast Members receive more information about these offerings once they are hired at the Walt Disney World® Resort. Below is a look at a few of the Disney Differences you will be eligible for as a participant*:

Merchandise

Disney CareerStart Program participants receive a 20 percent discount during their Disney CareerStart Program. The discount applies to a wide variety of select merchandise sold throughout the Walt Disney World Resort as well as participating stores in the Downtown Disney® Area.

Resorts

Cast Members can take advantage of discounted rates on accommodations at the Walt Disney World Resort, based on availability. Cast Members can even make discounted reservations for their friends and family members!
(Please Note: After Disney CareerStart Program Cast Members check in and complete their Traditions training class, they will be eligible for these Hotel discounts.)

Dining

A complete listing of participating dining locations and the meal times is available to Cast Members on The Hub once they are hired.

Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park Tickets and Main Entrance Pass

Cast Members can purchase discounted tickets to the Theme Parks at Company D, which is open exclusively to Disney Cast Members. Because ticket prices are subject to change, we are not able to specify exact discounted prices of theme park tickets at this time. Cast Members will have access to updated information regarding the current prices once they are officially hired.

Participants are issued a Main Entrance Pass that allows them to admit as many as three friends or family members in to our theme parks six times during the calendar year. The passes are valid as long as participants are active Cast Members.

Company D

Company D offers Cast-exclusive merchandise, greeting cards, discount tickets to local attractions and events, and many services to make the lives of our Cast Members easier. There are multiple Company D locations open to our Cast Members, and they offer photo processing, movie tickets, tickets to local sports events and much more.

TEAM Discounts

The TEAM Discounts program turns Cast IDs into valuable discount tools at many local on and off-property businesses. Cast Members have access to a complete listing of these businesses, restaurants and hotels on The Hub.

Partners! Federal Credit Union

The Partners! Federal Credit Union has branches open in the Team Disney building and on International Drive, and each housing complex has a Partners! Federal Credit Union ATM on site.

Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit is available for any banking institution anywhere in the United States. Cast Members may sign up for direct deposit on The Hub shortly after arriving. This is a free service!
