Weekly Housing Payment

Housing rates are $134 per week and apartments may be one or two-bedroom (with up to three participants in each bedroom). Participants will be required to pay $536 in advance to cover their first four weeks' housing fees and will receive information prior to arrival detailing his/her housing fee payment options for the remainder of the participant's program.

Fees Due Upon Accepting Program Invitation

A total of $536 (the first four weeks of housing fee payments plus the Program Assessment Fee) will be due at the time a participant accepts his/her invitation to participate on the program.

Once the payment is received, we will officially reserve the participant's position on the program and send the confirmation information to him/her. Please note that this payment must be made by credit card.

Below is additional information regarding these fees:

First four weeks - Housing Fee ($536)
Participants utilizing housing are required to provide an initial housing fee in the amount of $536 at the time they accept their invitation to participate in the Disney College Program. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid online with a credit card to reserve the participant's place in the Disney College Program.

Program Assessment and Activities Fee ($100)
Participants will also be responsible for a one-time $100 Program Assessment and Activities Fee. The non-refundable fee helps support the events and activities scheduled throughout the program.

Fee Due Upon Arrival

Security Deposit
A $200 security deposit will be required upon arrival. This deposit must be paid in full in the form of a money order or cashiers check made payable to the "Disney College Program." This deposit is fully refundable upon successful completion of the housing component of the Disney College Program and a successful apartment inspection upon check out.

Renters Insurance

All Cast Members living in our complexes are required to secure renters insurance. A participant must provide proof of insurance upon arrival in order to reside in our housing.

We recommend that participants check with their parents'/guardian's homeowner's insurance if applicable or research options prior to their arrival. Please note: The Walt Disney Company must be named as a "Certificate Holder" on the policy that the participant chooses.

Apartment management assumes no liability in the event of fire, water/flood damage, theft or damage to any belongings of Cast Members who live in our complexes.
