Each role offered through the Disney
College Program provides participants with a unique and diverse learning and
working experience. Participants receive an hourly rate of $9.05-11.50
depending on the role they are selected for and will work an average of 28-32
hours per week. From costumes to role responsibilities, you'll find that no two
jobs are the same. However, all participants will have the opportunity to
develop communication skills, problem-solving skills, and work on confidence
and self-reliance.
Not only will the experience look good on your
résumé, it's also just the beginning of the opportunities
available with the Disney College Program!
After completing the program, participants are
eligible to apply for another role with the Disney College Program or interview
for a Disney Professional Internship, which gives them the opportunity to work
in a field that more closely aligns with their major.
A large number of
Disney Professional
Internships require previous participation in the Disney College Program
because they require in-depth knowledge of resort operations. Disney
Professional Internships are available at the Walt Disney World®
Resort, the Disneyland® Resort, and Walt Disney Imagineering.
