Operations Management Training Program at the Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, California!
The program was wonderful! I had the opportunity to work in close proximity with so many incredibly talented Cast Members. I developed relationships with people from a variety of experiences and was exposed to all aspects of company operations. I was able to develop myself as a leader and learn a lot about my strengths and passions.
Monica Rowland, Store Operations

Wai Wai Yan, Food Operations
BA, International Business, Marketing, 2006 Rochester Institute of Technology Being accountable for a team of Cast Members and overseeing their development including group dynamics, team building, and communication patterns helped fine-tune leadership concepts introduced at school. The experience of learning and working for the Disneyland® Resort could open up new doors of opportunity well into the future!
Ron Saucedo, Park Operations
Bachelors, Business Management, 2006 San Jose State University Other programs may teach you the basics of business and give you a nice title on your resume, but Disney outshines the rest in not only reputation but also in reward and recognition. It is rare to find a workplace where everyone is on a first-name basis, and where your days off may be spent exploring a pirate's lair or screaming on a roller coaster. Where else could you have the opportunity to watch fireworks every night?
