Each year, through our partnerships with wish-granting organizations such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation®, The Walt Disney Company makes thousands of dreams come true for children who are facing life-threatening illnesses. The number one wish of all children with life-threatening illnesses is a trip to a Disney theme park. In 2003, the company through in-kind services provided over 10 million dollars to help fulfill wishes.

During Disney’s recent "An Evening of Magic" fundraiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation®, Elizabeth "Ashley" Gullap had her special wish granted. The 12-year-old from Ripley, Miss., wanted to see what it's like to be a star and attend a red carpet event with Disney Channel's Raven-Symonè. Her dream was fulfilled when she arrived in a limousine and the two walked the red carpet together, posing for photographers and even participating in media interviews.
