If you are interested in submitting a charitable request, please follow these guidelines and submit your solicitation to the appropriate office listed below:

• We only make donations to federally licensed 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable agencies.
• An original solicitation letter must be submitted via U.S. mail on an organization's official letterhead, including the date of the event, contact name and phone number and all pertinent information. We do not accept solicitations by fax or e-mail.
• Requests must be received in our office a minimum of 60 days prior to the event date.
• The event must be strictly for fundraising purposes. We do not support incentive or reward programs.
• Requests for compassionate assistance (i.e. visits to our theme parks, etc.) must be made to Disney by a recognized wish-granting organization such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation® or Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation.
• We do not make donations to families or individuals.
