    VoluntEARS in ArgentinaArgentina
In August 2004, 15 Disney VoluntEARS traveled 14 hours by bus to Allen - an underserved city in south Argentina - to distribute clothes, shoes, blankets, coats and toys to people in need. The VoluntEARS were accompanied by Fundación Agreste, a non-profit organization, as well as some of the companies who donated merchandise. In total, 30 people comprised the mission. The dedicated team delivered the merchandise while also playing with kids and interacting with the elderly. The town, grateful for their service, received them affectionately.

    Venezuela
In December 2003, The Disney VoluntEARS from Venezuela went to Hogar Bambi, a non-profit shelter for children younger than eight, to paint and decorate both the boys' and girls' rooms. Twenty-two employees each spent 10 hours of their time and effort on this project, which redecorated the boys' bedroom with a Buzz Lightyear theme and the girls' bedroom with Princess decor and colors. The project was a great success and the VoluntEARS received the best "payment" possible for their hard work - the smiles on the faces of the 52 children staying at Hogar Bambi.
