• Colored paper (8.5" X 11")
• Regular school lined paper (college-ruled)
• Zip ties
• Big cereal box
• Scissors
• Glue
• Single-hole puncher

Note: cutting intended for grown-ups only.

Instructions

1. Take the cereal box and measure it against the colored paper. Cut (grown-ups only) the cereal box to match the dimensions of the colored paper (8.5" X 11").

2. Glue the same-sized colored paper and the cereal box together. The colored paper will be the book's cover and the cereal box adds thickness and sturdiness to it. Do the same for the back cover.

3. Print out the heart template (provided) and glue to the book's front cover.

4. Print out the Boo-Boos templates (provided).

5. Stack the front cover, printed Boo-Boos templates, regular school lined paper, and back cover in that order from top to bottom.

6. Create five holes on the left side of the stack by using the single-hole puncher. Make sure to even out the spacing between the holes.

7. Once the holes are created, use zip ties to bind them together.
   
   Your kids can now diagnose which boo-boo their stuffed animal patients need help with!
