You'll Need
- 2 cups romaine hearts
- 1 large carrot, cut into sticks
- 1/2 medium cucumber, cut into sticks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into sticks
- 1 small jicama, peeled and cut into sticks
- 3/4 cup snow peas
- 1 small ripe avocado
- 1/3 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Dressing:
Instructions

Arrange vegetables on a plate and serve.

Purée dressing ingredients until smooth.
