- 1 French baguette, thinly sliced (you need eight slices)
- 2 plum tomatoes, sliced
- 4 ounces non-fat mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 8 basil leaves
Instructions

Place a slice of baguette on a clean work surface.

Put a slice of cheese, a slice of tomato, and a basil leaf on top.
