Jasper and Horace are Cruella DeVil's henchmen, who steal the dalmatians. Jasper is a tall, thin fellow and Horace is a plump man. Like Cruella, they're evil. But unlike Cruella, evil doesn't make them smart. Their theft of the puppies is a clumsy affair, and they make horrible watchdogs -- er, we mean dog watchers. Either way, Jasper and Horace would rather drink and watch TV than watch Cruella's stolen pups. |
