1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents age 18 or older and is offered only in the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”), December 3, 2002, and ends at 11:59 PM PT, March 31, 2003.

2. There are two ways to enter The Lilo & Stitch Sweepstakes:
a.) Online Entry: To enter online go to the Disney web site at www.LiloSweeps.com or www.LiloandStitch.com and click on the Lilo & Stitch Sweepstakes icon. If entering from or www.LiloandStitch.com, guests over the age of 18 must complete the Registration form and include their first and last name, date of birth, their email address, their gender and select a Registration Name and Password. Once registered, guests may enter the Sweepstakes by providing their Disney.com Registration Name and Password. Then, click on “submit” to enter the Sweepstakes. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT March 31, 2003.

b.) Mail In Entry: To enter by mail, complete and mail an official entry form found in Lilo & Stitch VHS and DVD packages. Or on a 3” x 5” card/paper, handprint your first and last name, date of birth, complete address with zip code and daytime and evening phone number(s) with area code, and mail in a business size (#10) envelope to: The Lilo & Stitch Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 420704, El Paso, TX 88542-9911. Entries must be postmarked by April 1, 2003, and received by April 8, 2003.

All forms of entry are limited to one entry per person, per day. Each entry by mail must be mailed separately. No mechanical reproductions of mail entries will be accepted.

3. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about April 29, 2003, under the supervision of Gage Marketing Group, an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final and binding in all respects. Winners will be notified by mail or e-mail, depending on method of entry used. In order to receive a prize, a Canadian prize claimant will be contacted by the judging organization and must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other assistance of any kind within a time limit. Prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal), within 14 days of prize notification. Prize winner’s guests must execute a Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (where legal) prior to issuance of travel documents. If any prize winner’s guest is a minor, minor must have his/her parent/legal guardian sign releases on his/her behalf. Non-compliance with any of these requirements may result in disqualification with an alternate winner being selected at random. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random. Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel/suspend/modify the online portion of the Sweepstakes if it becomes corrupted in any manner such that it cannot be conducted as originally planned and, in such event, to select winners by random drawing from all eligible mail-in entries received and all eligible online entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. By participating, entrant agrees to the official rules and judges’ decisions.

4. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (ARV)/Odds Of Winning. Prizes, Twenty Five (25): Prizes valued at $4,000 each. Prize consists of: Promotional airfare for a family of four (4) on Hawaiian Airlines from major airport near winner’s residence to either Honolulu or Kona, Hawaii. Seats may be limited during peak travel times. Airfare cannot be transferred, extended or exchanged for any other service or cash. Five (5) nights standard hotel accommodations for a family of four (4) at Hilton Waikoloa Village on Hawaii’s Big Island or Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa in Honolulu. Rooms may be limited during peak travel times. Airfare and hotel will be good for one (1) year from March 31, 2003 and require reservations to be made in accordance with prize letter, a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to travel date. Except as listed herein airfare, ground and other transportation to and from hotel is not included. Any state and local government surcharges, and all taxes (sales, income, airport, value-added and other), gratuities, incidental expenses, licenses, registrations, port charges, telephone calls, fees or charges for changing dates, travel insurance premiums, transportation and other costs and expenses relating to Sweepstakes and use or acceptance of these prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Trip and travel insurance is not included. Blackout dates and any other applicable travel restrictions may apply. In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these official rules, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of California and that it shall be resolved by and within the courts of the County of Los Angeles. The Hilton logo and logotype are registered trademarks of Hilton Hospitality, Inc. The HVCB logo and logotype are registered trademarks of the Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau. Only listed number of prizes will be awarded. All prize taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. All prize winners are solely responsible for all expenses not specifically set forth in the Official Rules, including meals, gratuities and other incidentals. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. Total ARV of all prizes, $100,000.

5. Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., Gage Marketing Group and their respective agencies are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer hardware or software or other technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online regardless of cause. Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all entries effected by such methods and be deemed tampering. Entry material/data that has been tampered with or altered is void. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BUENA VISTA HOME ENTERTAINMENT, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Neither Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., Gage Marketing Group, nor their respective agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, illegible entries or postage due mail.

Participants entering online must provide a valid e-mail address. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Gage Marketing Group in writing if the entrant changes his/her e-mail and/or home address after submission of online entry. In case of dispute as to identity of a winner who entered online, entry will be declared made by the registered user of the e-mail account, and, if a prize is won and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to the registered user.

6. Employees, directors and officers of Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., Gage Marketing Group, Hawaiian Airlines, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or any of their agents, advertising, promotional and other agencies, and their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouse) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

7. By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., Gage Marketing Group, Hawaiian Airlines, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and the directors, officers, employees and agencies of any of the above entities from any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Regie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

8. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, winner agrees that Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., Hilton Hotels Corporation and their related and affiliated companies may use the winner’s name, address (city, state), photograph, videotape, likeness, and/or prize information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes and to the use of statements made by or attributed to winner relating to Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. or to this sweepstakes and grants to Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. any and all rights to said use without further notice and/or compensation except where prohibited by law.

No prize transfer or cash substitutes allowed except at Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc.’s sole discretion for any reason and only then for prize of equal or greater value. Taxes on prize are solely the responsibility of winner. Limit one prize per person/family/household/ e-mail address.
