3) Mail-In Entry: To enter by mail, handprint on a 3"x5" card/paper your full first and last name, complete address, ZIP/postal code, day and evening phone number(s) including area code, and date of birth. Mail in a business size #10 envelope to: The Little Mermaid Special Edition DVD Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 4417 Goshen, OH 45122-4417. Entries must be postmarked by February 28, 2007 and received by March 7, 2007.

All forms of entry are limited to one (1) entry per person, per day. Limit of one mail-in entry per envelope. No mechanical reproductions of mail-in entries will be accepted.

Regardless of method of entry or number of attempted entries, only one entry per person, per calendar day will be accepted. A calendar day is defined as 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time to 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.

WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 21, 2007 from all eligible entries received. Archway Marketing Services, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, will conduct the drawing. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and the judge's decisions. Winners will be notified by mail or e-mail, depending on method of entry. Canadian prize claimant will be contacted by the judging organization and must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other assistance of any kind within a time limit to receive a prize.

ELIGIBILITY: Subject to all applicable federal and state/provincial laws and regulations. Employees, directors and officers of Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., Archway Marketing Services, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or any of their agents, advertising, promotional and other agencies, and their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouse) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Grand Prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (where legal) within fourteen (14) days of notification. Grand Prize winner's guests must execute a Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (where legal) prior to the issuance of travel documents.
