Annie Potts

ANNIE POTTS (Bo Peep) lends her vibrant voice to this pretty porcelain figurine. Woody's regular, Bo, is feeling mighty sheepish when her sheriff gets whisked off by Al McWhiggin. Left behind, she leaves a light on, hoping he'll be home soon.

Born in Nashville, Tennessee, Potts began her career in 1964 at the age of 12 in an amateur stage production of "Heidi." Today, her list of credits has grown considerably to include the films "Corvette Summer," "King of the Gypsies," and "Pretty in Pink," as well as her role as the daffy secretary Janine Melnitz in "Ghostbusters" and "Ghostbusters II." On television, she currently stars in the Lifetime original drama "Any Day Now," for which she received a Screen Actors Guild nomination for Best Actress in a Television Series. Potts also starred as Mary Jo Shively on television's "Designing Women" (1986-93) and portrayed lead characters on "Love & War," "Dangerous Minds," and "Over the Top."

In addition to her work schedule, she serves on the auxiliary board for Mothers Against Drunk Driving and is the Ambassador for Women for the American Arthritis Foundation. She is married to television director Jim Hayman and has three sons.
