 ASSHETON GORTON (Production Designer) previously created designs for Michael Caton Jones' "Rob Roy" and "101 Dalmatians."
Gorton's other major screen credits include "For the Boys," "Revolution," "Legend," "Lost Angels," "The Martian Chronicles," "Pied Piper," "Get Carter," and "Red & Blue."
He has been twice nominated for an Academy Award® -- for Karel Reisz' "The French Lieutenant's Woman" and Michelangelo Antonioni's "Blow Up." He has also designed the sets for Richard Lester's Palme d'Or winner "The Knack" and garnered a BAFTA Award for the BBC's "Armchair Theatre."
Most recently Gorton was production designer on Lias Merhige's "Shadow of the Vampire" and also developed and designed the sets for Hugh Hudson's "Return of the Odysseus" and Terry Gilliam's "The Defective Detective."
