 KRISTEN BUCKLEY & BRIAN REGAN (Story by/Screenplay by) were both born in New York, and raised in New Jersey and Connecticut, respectively. A graduate of the Manhattan School of Music, Kristen began her industry career as a literary scout for film producers, most notably Scott Rudin. After attending film school on the East Coast, Brian served as a gaffer on innumerable motion pictures and television shows shot in New York.
"102 Dalmatians" is their first produced feature film screenplay. Their upcoming feature project is "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days," starring Gwyneth Paltrow and directed by Mike Newell, which begins shooting in November 2000. They are currently writing the motion picture adaptation of the play "Getting and Spending," to star Catherine Zeta-Jones for producer Gale Anne Hurd.
Kristen and Brian have a daughter, Peyton. Their pet bull mastiff, Bailey, was the inspiration for the character of Drooler in "102 Dalmatians."
