Copy the screensaver control panel into the "Control Panels" folder of your "System" folder, restart your computer, and you are ready to configure the screensaver control panel.
 
Double-clicking on the screensaver installs your screensaver into the Windows screensaver Control Panel. Now you are ready to configure the screensaver control panel.
