Josh (Kevin Zegers) is away at his first year of college and Buddy is back home with little sister, Andrea (Caitlin Wachs). When Andrea joins the baseball team, she learns that Buddy is a talented baseball player. But his winning season is interrupted when the family learns that Buddy’s puppies are being kidnapped -- by a mischievous raccoon! Soon Buddy is on the kidnapper’s trail – and in the major leagues, playing for the Anaheim Angels.
