HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter the Win A 100 DVD Collection Sweepstakes, via online or by mail.
1. Three forms of Online Entry:
1) Go to www.DVDLibrarySweeps.com or www.DisneyDVDLibrary.com and complete the sweepstakes entry form.
2) Or go to www.DisneyDVD.com or www.Video.com, click on the Sweepstakes icon and complete the sweepstakes entry form.
3) Or go to www.DisneyDVD.com/Support or www.Video.com/Support and register a DVD to be automatically entered into the sweepstakes.
2. Mail-In Entry: To enter by mail, complete an official entry form found in participating Buena Vista Home Entertainment DVDs/videos or handprint on a 3"x5" card/paper your full first and last name, complete address, ZIP code, date of birth and day and evening phone number(s) including area code. Mail in a business size #10 envelope to: Win a 100 DVD Collection Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 4415, Goshen, OH 45122. Each entry by mail must be mailed in a separate envelope. Each entry must be postmarked by December 31, 2006 and received by January 7, 2007. No mechanical reproductions or photocopies of mail-in entries will be accepted.
3. Limit one (1) entry per household, regardless of the method of entry.
Drawing: Winners will be selected in a series of four (4) random drawings as noted in the drawing table below. Each drawing will consist of all eligible entries (mail-in/online submissions) received. Archway Marketing Services, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, will conduct the drawing. For each drawing, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected. Non-winning entries will be retained for subsequent drawings. Winners will be notified by mail or e-mail, depending on method of entry. Grand Prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Publicity Release (where legal) within 14 days of prize notification. Non-compliance with these requirements may result in disqualification with an alternate winner being selected at random. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random. Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel/suspend/modify the online portion of the Sweepstakes if it becomes corrupted in any manner such that it cannot be conducted as originally planned and to select winners by random drawing from all eligible mail-in entries and all eligible online entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. By participating, entrant agrees to the official rules and judges' decisions.

PRIZES/Approximate Retail Value (ARV)/Odds of Winning:
Grand Prize, Four (4): A set of one hundred (100) DVD movies from a selection of titles to be determined by Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. at its sole discretion.
ARV: $1,999. Total ARV of all prizes: $7,996. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received at the time of each drawing.
In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these official rules, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of California and that it shall be resolved by and within the courts of the County of Los Angeles.
GENERAL:
1. Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., Archway Marketing Services and their respective agencies are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer hardware or software or other technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online regardless of cause. Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all entries affected by such methods and be deemed tampering. Entry material/data that has been tampered with or altered is void. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BUENA VISTA HOME ENTERTAINMENT, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Neither Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., Archway Marketing Services or their respective agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, illegible entries or postage due mail.
Participants entering online must provide a valid e-mail address. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Archway Marketing Services in writing if the entrant changes his/her e-mail and/or home address after submission of online entry. (To do so write to: Archway Marketing Services, Win a 100 DVD Collection Sweepstakes, 7600-69th Avenue, Greenfield, MN 55373, to be received by December 31, 2006.) In case of dispute as to identity of a winner who entered online, entry will be declared made by the registered user of the e-mail account, and, if a prize is won and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to the registered user.
2. Employees, directors and officers of Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., Archway Marketing Services, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or any of their agents, advertising, promotional and other agencies, and their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouse) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
3. By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., Archway Marketing Services, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and the directors, officers, employees and agencies of any of the above entities from any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes.
4. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, winner agrees that Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. and its related and affiliated companies may use the winner's name, address (city, state), photograph, videotape, likeness, and/or prize information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes and to the use of statements made by or attributed to the winner relating to Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. or to this sweepstakes, and grants to Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. any and all rights to said use without further notice and/or compensation except where prohibited by law.
No prize transfer or cash substitutes allowed except at Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc.'s sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for prize of equal or greater value. Taxes on prize are solely the responsibility of winner. Limit one prize per person/family/household/e-mail address.
