2. HOW TO ENTER:
There is one way to enter the Magic Sweepstakes:
Registered Disney.com or FamilyFun.com guests may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting Disney.com at http://disney.go.com or FamilyFun.com at http://familyfun.go.com and clicking on the Magic Sweepstakes button or by going directly to the Sweepstakes entry page at: http://disney.go.com/features/sweepstakes/magicsweepstakes/index.html and entering their Member Name and Password and clicking on the "submit" button. Guests, who are not registered, must first register with Disney.com or FamilyFun.com before they can enter the Sweepstakes. To register for free at Disney.com or FamilyFun.com, guests must complete the Registration Form at http://disney.go.com or http://familyfun.go.com based on their age category. Guests under 13 years of age must first get a parent or legal guardian's permission to register. After registering as either a Disney.com or FamilyFun.com member, follow the instructions above to enter the Sweepstakes. There will be several drawings for this Sweepstakes: One (1) Grand Prize, One (1) First Prize, One (1) Second Prize and four (4) Monthly Prize Drawings. Entries for the Monthly Prize Drawings must be received by the dates and times described in the Drawing Schedule outlined below to be eligible for that Monthly Prize Drawing. Entries for the Grand Prize, First Prize and Second Prize Drawing must be received by 11:59 AM PT, August 31, 2003.

MINOR POLICY FOR ONLINE (ELECTRONIC) ENTRY: Minors under the age of 13 may enter online after becoming a free registered guest by filling out the applicable Registration Form for Disney.com or FamilyFun.com, and providing their parent or legal guardian's e-mail address. Sponsor will notify parent or legal guardian when their child has registered with Disney.com or FamilyFun.com. Parent or legal guardian will have forty-eight (48) hours to object by e-mail to their child's Sweepstakes entry. If a parent or legal guardian sends an e-mail stating their objection within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified by Sponsor, such child's entry and information will be deleted. Minors under the age of 13 who are selected as potential winners will also be required to provide Administrator with a Parental Permission Form, which will be sent to the parent/legal guardian's e-mail address of potential winners under the age of 13. The Form must include a parent's or legal guardian's approval signature and be returned by mail or by fax to an address and fax number provided on the Form within seven (7) days from the date of notice in order to be eligible to receive a prize. Any minor who does not provide this Parental Permission Form within seven (7) days will forfeit his or her right to be declared a winner and/or win a prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

E-MAIL CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY: It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if the entrant changes his or her e-mail address. To do so, go to: http://register.go.com/disney/GuestServices/YourAccount/login and log into your Disney.com or FamilyFun.com Account, click on the "Modify" icon and follow the instructions on how to change your e-mail address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Entries by any e-mail method other than set forth in Paragraph 2 above are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting entry online is prohibited.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY: Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes and in such event, to select winners for any remaining prizes by random drawing from among all valid entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Winners will be determined in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. ("Administrator"), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Potential winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) will be notified by e-mail and may be required to complete, sign and return, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release (or, for Canadian winners, a Declaration of Compliance with these Official Rules). Canadian residents, in order to be declared a winner and/or win a prize, must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, a time-limited arithmetic skill-testing question administered by telephone.
