2. There are two ways to enter Disney's 100 Years of Magic Sweepstakes: a.) Online Entry: To enter online go to the Disney web site at www.disneyfamilymagic.com and click on the Disney's 100 Years of Magic Sweepstakes icon. You must be a registered Disney.com user to enter the Sweepstakes. If you are not a Disney.com registered user, you must first register before you can enter the Sweepstakes. Registration is free. Guests over the age of 18 must complete the Registration form and include their first and last name, date of birth, their email address, their gender and select a Registration Name and Password. Once registered, guests may enter the Sweepstakes by providing their Disney.com Registration Name and Password. Then, click on "submit" to enter the Sweepstakes. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT December 31, 2001.

b.) Mail In Entry: To enter by mail, complete an official entry form found in participating retail locations, or on a 3" x 5" card/paper, handprint your first and last name, date of birth, complete address with zip code and daytime and evening phone number(s). Mail in a business size (#10) envelope to: Disney's 100 Years of Magic Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 400185, El Paso, TX 88540-0185. Entries must be postmarked by January 2, 2002 and received by January 9, 2002.

All forms of entry are limited to one entry per person, per day. Each entry by mail must be mailed in separate envelope. No mechanical reproductions of entries will be accepted.

3. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about January 21, 2002 under the supervision of Gage Marketing Group, an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final and binding in all respects. Winners will be notified by mail or e-mail, depending on method of entry. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal), within 14 days of prize notification. Grand Prize winner's guests must execute a Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (where legal) prior to issuance of travel documents. If winner's guest is a minor, minor must have parent/legal guardian signatures on his/her behalf. Non-compliance with these requirements may result in disqualification with an alternate winner being selected at random. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random. Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel/suspend/modify the online portion of the Sweepstakes if it becomes corrupted in any manner such that it cannot be conducted as originally planned and to select winners by random drawing from all eligible mail-in entries received and all eligible online entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc.

4. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (ARV)/Odds Of Winning. Grand Prize, One (1): A four (4) days/three (3) night trip for four (4) to Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando Florida; including round-trip coach air-transportation from major commercial airport nearest winner's residence to Orlando; Airport transfer vouchers; Walt Disney World® Resort accommodations for four (4) persons (1 standard room quadruple occupancy) for three (3) nights; four (4) 4-day Theme Park Pass for admission to the Magic Kingdom® Park, EPCOT®, Disney-MGM Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Park; four (4) water park tickets for admission for one (1) day to River Country, Typhoon Lagoon, or Blizzard Beach; four (4) tickets for admission for one (1) evening to Pleasure Island; Two Hundred Fifty (250) Disney Dollars. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all expenses not specifically set forth in the Official Rules, including meals, gratuities and other incidentals. The Grand Prize trip is subject to availability and scheduling, contingent upon at least thirty (30) days advance notice prior to intended date of departure, Saturday night stay, holiday and blackout date schedules and must be completed within one (1) year of award date. Grand Prize winner and guests must travel together on same itinerary. ARV, $4,615.00. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household. If prize is won by a minor, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on trip. First Prize, Five (5): A DVD Player and a set of ten (10) DVD movies from a selection of titles determined by Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. ARV, $544.90 each. Total ARV of all prizes, $7,339.50. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

5. Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., Gage Marketing Group and their respective agencies are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer hardware or software or other technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online regardless of cause. Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all entries effected by such methods and be deemed tampering. Entry material/data that has been tampered with or altered is void. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BUENA VISTA HOME ENTERTAINMENT, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Neither Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., Gage Marketing Group, nor their respective agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, illegible entries or postage due mail.

Participants entering online must provide a valid e-mail address. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Gage Marketing Group in writing if the entrant changes his/her e-mail and/or home address after submission of online entry. In case of dispute as to identity of a winner who entered online, entry will be declared made by the registered user of the e-mail account, and, if a prize is won and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to the registered user.

6. Employees, directors and officers of Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., Gage Marketing Group, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or any of their agents, advertising, promotional and other agencies, and their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouse) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

7. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., Gage Marketing Group, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and the directors, officers, employees and agencies of any of the above entities from any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes.

8. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, winner agrees that Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. may use the winner's name, address (city, state), photograph, videotape, likeness, and/or prize information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes and to the use of statements made by or attributed to winner relating to Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. or to this sweepstakes and grants to Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. any and all rights to said use without limitation or further notice and/or compensation except where prohibited by law.

No prize or cash substitutes allowed except at Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc.'s sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for prize of equal or greater value. Taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of winner. Limit one prize per person/family/household.
