I tried to sample a music clip or watch a music video but the process quits in the middle. What's wrong?
There are several possible reasons: Your server went down in the middle of the process, the server timed out, communications between your machine and Disney.com were interrupted, or your machine didn't have enough memory available to continue the process to the end. Click your browser's Refresh or Reload button and let the entire page appear before you try to sample the music clip or watch the music video again. Contact Customer Service for additional support.
