I am experiencing technical difficulties playing one of your CDs in my computer.

If you are experiencing difficulty listening to your CD in your computer's CD-ROM drive, try one of these recommended solutions: Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000:

1. Go to the Start Menu
2. Click 'Programs' then 'Accessories' then 'Multimedia' or 'Entertainment,' then 'CD Player'

or

1. Go to the Start Menu
2. Click 'Run...'
3. Type cdplayer.exe
4. Click 'OK'

Mac OS:

1. Click the Apple Menu
2. Select the CD Player program

or

1. Go to your Hard Drive
2. Click 'Applications' or 'Utilities'
3. Select the CD Player program
