U Rock the Summer - Official Rules

1. Eligibility: The U Rock the Summer on Disney.com Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein and who are registered users of Disney.com in compliance with Disney.com's terms of use agreement ("TOU"). Employees of Sponsor (defined below), The Walt Disney Company, Sweepstakes administrator, their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of this Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers and fulfillment companies, any other person or entity associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities") and/or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter this Sweepstakes.

2. Sweepstakes Description: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") August 4, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT September 1, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, all times refer to Pacific Time ("PT"). The Sweepstakes consists of three (3) prize packages (Package "A", Package "B" and Package "C") as fully described below. Eligible Entries for Package "A" will not be eligible for Package "B" drawing. Eligible Entries for Package "B" will not be eligible for Package "A" drawing. Eligible non-winning Entries for Package "A" and Package "B" will be eligible for Package "C".

3. How to Enter:

For your chance to win the prize from Package "A": You must be registered with Disney.com ("Web Site") to enter the Sweepstakes. Registration is free. If you are registered with Disney.com you may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting www.Disney.com/URock and entering your Account ID and Password and clicking on the "submit" button ("Internet Entry"). If you are not registered with Disney.com you must complete and submit the Registration Form located in the link: "Not Registered?" Registration information consists of Date of Birth, First and Last name, zip code, phone number, and email address. For children under that age of 13 registration information consists of Date of Birth, First name, and parent/legal guardians email address; upon submitting registration such child's parent/legal guardian will receive an email from the Sponsor notifying them of their child's registration at the Web Site and their ability to enter sweepstakes and contests at the Internet sites of the Walt Disney Internet Group, including Disney.com. If an entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information. Internet Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT September 1, 2008. Limit one (1) Internet Entry per person/account per calendar day for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Internet Entries are not eligible to win a prize from Package "B".

For your chance to win a prize from Package "B": After you've logged in as fully described above you will be asked to upload a video entry ("Video Entry"). To create your Video Entry you must select a song from the provided list of songs. After you have selected the song title, download the song and print the song lyrics ("Video Materials"). Then perform the song using the downloaded Video Materials. Video Entry must not exceed the length of the downloaded song which can be up to 32 seconds. Only one (1) person may appear on video. You may enter as often as you wish but Video Entries must be different from previously submitted Video Entries. Person performing on video must be the entrant. No songs other than those provided for download will be allowed. Parents/legal guardians ("Parents") of children 12 years of age and younger will be sent an e-mail notifying them of their child's entry into this Sweepstakes asking the parent to review and approve the Video Entry. A response by the Parent to the e-mail is required for the child to enter. Videos will not be judged but they will be screened to make sure they meet eligibility criteria as stated herein. By submitting a Video Entry, entrant (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) represents and warrants to Sponsor that the Video Materials and everything depicted in the Video Entry, including but not limited to any music or other audio contained therein: [1] are wholly original or only those Video Materials allowed in these rules; [2] do not infringe upon or otherwise violate any right of any person, firm or entity; [3] comply with the TOU and the Rules; [4] do not contain any trademarks, logos, insignia, location signage, photographs, artwork or sculptures or other material (e.g., on props, costumes, background) that would infringe any third party's copyrights or trademarks; [5] do not contain the likenesses or photographs of any person other than the entrant; [6] have not previously been submitted in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means and [7] do not contain material which is (or promotes activities which are) sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent (e.g., relating to murder, the sales of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g. underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, harassing, defamatory, libelous, infringing or otherwise objectionable as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrant (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) further represents and warrants to Sponsor that: [1] entrant (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) has all rights, licenses, permissions and consents necessary to submit the Video Entry in the Sweepstakes in accordance with the Rules; [2] no person other than entrant (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor), nor any entity, has any right, title or interest in and to any part of the Video Materials or Video Entry; [3] entrant (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) is not subject to any agreement or arrangement that would interfere with entrant entering this Sweepstakes and granting all the rights granted hereunder or that would conflict with any other documentation required hereunder. Video Entries which are not reasonably pertinent to the criteria described above as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, or are otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, will be disqualified. All material owned by the Sponsor or the Sponsor's affiliated companies, including but not limited to any songs, lyrics, etc., shall remain the property of such persons; and entrants shall acquire no rights therein by virtue of the Sweepstakes.

For your chance to win a prize from Package "B" without uploading a Video Entry: On a piece of paper legibly hand-print your complete first name, complete last name, complete mailing address (including ZIP/postal code; no P.O. Boxes), country, birth date, email address (optional), and telephone number (including area code), insert it in a business size (#10) envelope with proper postage affixed and mail to: U Rock The Summer on Disney.com Sweepstakes "Video Mail Entry". P.O. Box 6579, Burbank, CA 91510 ("Video Mail Entry"). Enter as often as you wish. One (1) Video Mail Entry per outer envelope. Video Mail Entries with metered postage will not be permitted. Mass produced Video Mail Entries will be disqualified. Video Entries and Video Mail Entries are not eligible to win the prize from Package "A". Video Mail Entries must be postmarked by September 1, 2008 and received by September 5, 2008. All entry information is required and must be completed in full. If an entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parent/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information.

For your chance to win the prize from Package "C": Non-winning Eligible Internet Entries, Video Entries and Video Mail Entries are eligible to win the prize from Package "C".

Any attempted form of entry into this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. A participant is not a winner of any prize unless and until participant's eligibility has been verified in accordance with these Official Rules and participant has been notified by Sponsor that his/her winning status is official. All potential winners in this Sweepstakes are subject to verification by Sponsor/Sponsor's representatives whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Internet Entries in excess of the limits stated herein will be void and disqualified. Proof of delivery or receipt of an Internet, Video, Video Mail Entries (collectively "Entries") will not be deemed by Buena Vista Internet Group ("Sponsor") as proof of entry. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. In event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Internet Entry or Video Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the Address is registered with the Web site. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor in writing if you change your e-mail address ("Address"). To do so, follow the instructions below.

4. Prizes/Odds of Winning:

Package "A" Prize (One (1) Prize total): The Prize consists of one (1) trip to be shared by winner ("Winner") and three (3) guests ("Guests") to Los Angeles, CA ("Trip"). The Trip includes round-trip coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guests from a major commercial airport (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) near Winner's residence in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia to Los Angeles, CA; standard hotel accommodations (single room/quad occupancy) for one (1) night (Hotel to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion); Round-trip ground transportation for Winner and Guests to and from Hotel and Los Angeles International Airport; Tickets for Winner and Guests to the World Premiere of Walt Disney Pictures "High School Musical 3: Senior Year ("Movie Premiere") and after party. Movie Premiere and after party carry no monetary value. Premiere tickets may be used only by Winner and Guests. Premiere Tickets may not be offered for sale, e.g. on auction websites or ticket brokers. If the Premiere tickets are resold, they will not be honored for admission at the Premiere. Package "A" Prize Trip Winner and Guests must travel between October 16, 2008 to October 18, 2008 or prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be awarded. Air transportation provided only if Winner resides more than 250 miles from destination. Movie Premiere is not available to the general public. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize: $2,500.

Package "B" Prizes (Four (4) Prizes Total). Prize # 1: Rock out at The Cheetah Girls: One World Live Concert Tour and meet The Cheetah Girls! The winner and three (3) guests ("Guests") will attend a concert near the Winner's residence (concert date and location of concert near winner's residence to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion) and will have the opportunity meet The Cheetah Girls! (meeting opportunity is subject to The Cheetah Girls schedule). The winner only will also receive The Cheetah Girls: One World Soundtrack. Prize includes round-trip coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guests from a major commercial airport (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) near Winner's residence in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia to the closest concert location; standard hotel accommodations (single room/quad occupancy) for one (1) night (Hotel to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion); Round-trip ground transportation for Winner and Guests to and from Hotel and Airport. Air transportation provided only if Winner resides more than 250 miles from closest concert location. ARV of Prize # 1 is: $2,840.

Prize # 2: Prize # 2 consists of a recording session for winner only and a meet and greet with Disneymania 6 Recording Artist, Jordan Pruitt. The meet and greet with Jordan Pruitt is subject to her availability. Winner will work with a music producer to record his/her favorite Disneymania 6 song. Prize includes round-trip coach-class air transportation for Winner and one (1) Guest from a major commercial airport (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) near Winner's residence in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia to Los Angeles, CA; standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for one (1) night (Hotel to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion); Round-trip ground transportation for Winner and Guests to and from Hotel and Airport; one (1) Disneymania 6 CD. Air transportation provided only if Winner resides more than 250 miles from location. Recording session is subject to music producer's schedule and exigencies. Recording Session must take place within one (1) year of notification of winning. In consideration of the opportunity to create the CD, winner agrees that all recordings, compositions, lyrics, copyrights, ideas, concepts, acts, poses and performances, including, without limitation, all material composed, added, created or interpolated by him/her that are embodied in the CD, are hereby assigned, transferred and granted to the Sponsor, including all exclusive exploitation rights, of every kind and nature in and to the CD (collectively, "Contributed Material"), are hereby assigned, transferred and granted to the Sponsor, including without limitation, all exclusive exploitation rights, in all media now known or hereafter devised, of every kind and nature in and to the CD, sound recording and any Contributed Material embodied therein (including all copyrights and neighboring rights, to the extent such assignment is allowed by law) so that all rights to the CD, sound recording and Contributed Material are owned by Sponsor solely and exclusively, for the duration of the rights in each country and area and space, in all languages, and throughout the universe. Winner agrees to execute any and all documents required to effect the transfer of such rights to Sponsor. Upon such transfer, Sponsor will give winner one copy of the CD solely as a souvenir for his/her personal use, upon condition that winner agrees not to copy, publicly perform, sell, license, stream or post on the Internet, the CD, and not to promote, advertise, distribute, market or engage in any business or commercial activity relative to the CD. WINNER'S RECORDING SESSION IS SUBJECT TO MUSIC PRODUCER'S REQUIREMENTS AND SOLE DISCRETION AND WINNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT TO PRODUCER'S STANDARD INTERVIEW AND SCREENING PROCESS. Members of the Screen Actors Guild and American Federation of Radio and Television Artists are ineligible for recording session portion of prize. ARV of Prize # 2 is: $4,518.98.

Prize # 3: Rock out at a Jonas Brothers concert and meet the Jonas Brothers! The winner and three (3) guests ("Guests") will attend a concert nearest the Winner's residence (location and date of concert nearest winner's residence to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion) and the opportunity for Winner and Guests to meet the Jonas Brothers (meeting opportunity is subject to the Jonas Brothers schedule). The winner will also receive the Jonas Brothers newest CD titled "A Little Bit Longer". Prize includes round-trip coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guests from a major commercial airport (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) near Winner's residence in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia to the closest concert location; standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for one (1) night (Hotel to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion); Round-trip ground transportation for Winner and Guests to and from Hotel and Airport. Air transportation provided only if Winner resides more than 250 miles from closest concert location. ARV of Prize # 3 is: $2,840.

Prize # 4: Prize # 4 consists of a Radio Disney Street Jam party. Winner will be the star at his/her very own neighborhood block party! Radio Disney will provide the music, dancing, food & fun! Invite your friends and neighbors to your private party and show them how your rock the summer! Prize includes "Radio Disney Road Crew" (local station entertainment entity) from the nearest Radio Disney owned and operated station to the winner's home (maximum of 75 mile radius from station location) for a hosted party ("Radio Disney Street Jam"). Radio Disney Street Jam will be three hours of a hosted entertainment event at or near the winner's neighborhood for a maximum of 250 people. If winner's neighborhood is not able to accommodate Radio Disney Street Jam a suitable venue will be substituted. Radio Disney Street Jam will consist of Radio Disney sound system, event materials, decorations and entertainment team. Winner and guests will participate in games, trivia, and dancing. Radio Disney will secure necessary insurance and permits for Radio Disney Street Jam. Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided for guests of the Radio Disney Street Jam. Security will be provided for admission and crowd control. Radio Disney will provide portable restroom facilities. Exact food, beverages (no alcohol), security and venue to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. If the winner is outside of the designated 75 mile radius, a cash equivalent will serve as the prize substitute at Sponsor's sole discretion. ARV of Prize # 4 is: $13,000. Radio Disney Street Jam must take place within one (1) year of notification of winning.

Package "C" Prize (One (1) Prize total): The winner will receive a copy of The Cheetah Girls: One World Soundtrack, a copy of the Jonas Brothers newest CD titled "A Little Bit Longer" and a copy of the Disneymania 6 CD. ARV of Package "C" Prize is: $60.

Total ARV of all Prizes is: $25,758.98.

Odds of winning Package "A" Prize depend upon the total number of eligible Internet Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning a prize from Package "B" depend upon the total number of eligible Video and Mail Video Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning the prize from Package "C" depend upon the total number of eligible non-winning Internet Entries, Video and Mail Video Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. ARV of Trip prizes may vary depending upon the point of departure and any airline fare fluctuations; any differences will not be awarded. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for a prize (or prize component), except that Sponsor may substitute a prize (or prize component) for one of equal value for any reason. In the event that a prize component is not available for any reason, then the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. If a Winner chooses to take Trip with fewer than the allotted number of guests, then the remaining elements of the Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. If a prize is unclaimed, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries at Sponsor's sole discretion. Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. Prizes/prize notifications will be mailed/shipped to street addresses within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia only. All federal, state, or other taxes and any expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. If a Prize is won by a minor, Prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian. Trips are subject to availability, holiday and blackout dates, and all other prize and travel restrictions. Travel and hotel arrangements to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Once determined, no change, extension or substitution of Trip dates is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Trip winners and their Guests must take air travel on same travel itinerary. Trip winners and their Guests are solely responsible for all other incidentals/expenses not specifically mentioned as being included, including, but not limited to additional ground transportation, unspecified hotel accommodations, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, and phone calls. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations and/or delays or any change by the air carrier(s), lodging facilities, concert venues, or other company or any other persons providing any of components of the prizes for the Trip winners and their Guests due to reasons beyond Sponsor's control. If a Trip winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be one of the allotted travel guests. If a travel guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the Trip winner or one of the allotted travel guests. Winners will receive an IRS Tax Form 1099 from the Sponsor for the total ARV of the Prize (for Winner and Guests), as stated above, won in the calendar year the prize was won. Sweepstakes administrator is not the supplier or guarantor of any prize. Limit one (1) prize per person per household.

5. Drawing and Notification of Winners: Potential Winner of Package "A" Prize will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Internet Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about September 8, 2008 ("Drawing Date") by Sweepstakes administrator. Internet Entries received for Package "A" will not be retained for the Package "B" drawing. Potential Winners of Package "B" Prizes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Video and Video Mail Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about September 8, 2008 by Sweepstakes administrator. Video Entries and Video Mail Entries received for Package "B" will not be retained for the Package "A" drawing. Potential Winner of Package "C" Prize will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible non-winning Internet Entries, Video and Video Mail Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about September 8, 2008 by Sweepstakes administrator. Potential prize winners (his/her parent or legal guardian if a Winner resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will be notified by phone/email at the phone number/email address provided on their Entry within approximately one (1) business day of the Drawing Date. Potential winners (his/her parent or legal guardian if a Winner resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) must respond to email notification within three (3) days after its transmission or such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. Potential winners (his/her parent or legal guardian if Winner resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will be required to sign, execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, (where legal) a Publicity Release, any other documentation that Sponsor requires (collectively "Affidavit/Release") within five (5) days after receipt by potential winner or such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected. If a Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. Each travel guest (his/her parent or legal guardian if a guest resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor), at Sponsor's sole discretion, will also be required to sign, execute, return, and have notarized a Liability Release, a Publicity Release ("Guest Release") as well as any other documentation that Sponsor may require within five (5) days after receipt by Winner. Radio Disney Street Jam guests (his/her parent or legal guardian if a guest resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor), at Sponsor's sole discretion, will also be required to sign a group Liability Release, a Publicity Release ("Group Guest Release") as well as any other documentation that Sponsor may require within five (5) days after receipt by Winner. By returning the Affidavit/Release each Winner attests to the authenticity of his/her winning Entry. Once submitted, Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

6. General Conditions: Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state, and local laws (collectively "Rules and Laws"). Any personal information supplied by entrants to Sponsor or its affiliates will be subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Thus, except where prohibited by law and Sponsor's Privacy Policy entry and/or Winner's (winner's parent/legal guardian if winner resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use Winner's name, address (city and state), photo, Video Entry, likeness, biographical information, statement and voice for advertising/publicity/trade purposes worldwide and in all forms of media (including posting on web site), in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Sweepstakes or the prize awarded. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with this Sweepstakes will be prosecuted and is not eligible for a prize. Use of any automated system to participate in this Sweepstakes or to attempt to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. If Sponsor suspects that any entrant is using an automated system, such entrant will be removed/barred from the Sweepstakes Web Site, will be disqualified and will be ineligible to receive a prize in this Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to use an automated system or attempting to forge or tamper with Sweepstakes or otherwise defraud Sponsor may also be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and will be ineligible for a prize. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) hereby irrevocably grant to Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and each of their respective licensees, distributors, agents, representatives and other authorized users (collectively, the "Licensed Entities"), without the requirement of any permission from or payment to entrants (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) or to any other person or entity, a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable worldwide license to use, re-use, reproduce, transmit, print, publish, display, exhibit, distribute, re-distribute, copy, host, store, cache, archive, index, categorize, comment on, broadcast, stream, edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works based upon and publicly perform the Video Entries, in whole or in part (including, without limitation, all names, voices and likenesses contained therein), in all media formats and channels now known or hereafter devised, for any and all purposes including, without limitation, news, advertising, promotional, marketing, publicity, trade or commercial purposes, all without further notice to entrants (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) or to any third party and with or without attribution. Nothing in these Rules obligates or may be deemed to obligate any of the Licensed Entities to use the Video Entries. Entrants (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) acknowledge that the Video Entries may be cut, edited and/or added to for any reason and in any manner which the Licensed Entities may, in their sole discretion, determine and may, to the extent decided by the Licensed Entities in their sole discretion, have sound effects, music, host voiceovers and/or other elements added to the Video Entries, and that the Licensed Entities may use and modify the Video Entries or any portion or element of them and combine them with other materials. Entrants (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) further acknowledge that his/her (his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) consideration for entering this Sweepstakes is, among other things, Sponsor's or its designees' review of the Video Entries in connection with this Sweepstakes, the possibility of the Video Entries being aired on one or more of Sponsor's or its affiliates media platforms and the possible publicity and promotion as a result. Entrants (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) are not guaranteed to receive any further consideration of any kind for the submission of the Video Entries and any credit entrant (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) receives in connection with any of the Licensed Entities' use of the Video Entries shall be in the applicable Licensed Entity's sole discretion. Entrant (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) acknowledges that the Video Entries are submitted voluntarily, and not in confidence, and that no confidential relationship is intended or created between Sponsor and entrant (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) or between any of the Licensed Entities and entrant (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) by virtue of the submission of the Video Entries. Entrant (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) further acknowledges that the Licensed Entities may develop information internally or receive information from other parties that is similar to the Video Entries. Accordingly, nothing in these Rules shall be construed as a representation or agreement that the Licensed Entities have not or will not develop or have developed ideas, concepts, products, systems or techniques that are similar to or compete with any ideas, concepts, products, systems or techniques contemplated by or embodied in the Video Entries. Entrants (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) further acknowledge that in the event of a controversy between Entrants (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) and any third party including any of the Licensed Entities, the damage, if any, caused to you will not entitle you to seek injunctive relief or other equitable relief, and you will not have the right to enjoin the production, exhibition, distribution or any other exploitation of the Contest Materials by any Licensed Entity. Entrants (entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) agree that the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for entrant's inability to access Sweepstakes via the Internet or to complete entry due to hardware or software compatibility problems, unauthorized intervention, server problems, delay caused by the volume of user traffic to the Sweepstakes Web Site and/or for any other reason. The Sponsor's Sweepstakes computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof and conduct the drawings from among all salvageable eligible Entries received, if any, in a manner determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules.

Disclaimers: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or for entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, postage due, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and all such Entries will be disqualified. By entering Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees and acknowledges to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of Sponsor and Sweepstakes administrator which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in this Sweepstakes; typographical errors in Sweepstakes promotional materials; use/misuse of a prize due to reasons beyond control of Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Entities; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering, insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, problems uploading Video(s), problem downloading materials to create Video(s), software, or internet service provider utilized by Sweepstakes; interruption or inability to access Sweepstakes, Web Site, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant's (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. Each entrant (his/her parent/legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from Sweepstakes, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Sweepstakes Entities, and hereby acknowledge that said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.

8. E-Mail Change of Address Policy: It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if the entrant changes his/her e-mail address or personal information. To do so, go to: www.Disney.com/youraccount and log into your account, click on the Account Details tab, update your e-mail address and click the Save Changes button.

9. Names of Winners or Rules Requests: For the names of the Winners or for an additional copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: U Rock the Summer on Disney.com Sweepstakes, "RULES" or "NAMES OF WINNERS" (specify which), P.O.
