explanation of what each reporting item means: Offer #: This is the Disney's Blast Affiliate Network offer that you accepted at the time of registration. In this sample case
the offer is # 4.1.
# of impressions (I): This is the total number of times that a Disney.com product
classification icon or hyperlink has been presented on your site. In this case the sample
site has displayed product icons 105,990 times.
# of leads generated (L): This indicates that all users of the sample site have
clicked on product icons presented to them (105,990 total presentations) 4239
times.
# of purchases (P): This indicates that all users of the sample site have made a
total of 242 purchases.
L/I (%): This is the number of leads divided by the number of impressions made, in
this sample case 4.99% meaning that 4239 of the total 105,990 product presentations have
resulted in clicks during the reporting period. This is also known as
click-through percentage.
P/L (%): This is the number of purchases (242) divided by the number of leads
generated (4239) that all users to the sample site have made during the reporting period.
Avg Time to Purchase (min): This is, on average, how many minutes after the user
saw the product impression that the sale was actually made, in this case 24.22 minutes
since the consumer first clicked on a Disney's Blast product category icon on the affiliate
site.
Amount Sold: This is the total, in dollars, of all sales made during the reporting
period. In this case, $13,728.
Quantity Sold: This is the actual quantity of products sold. This number may differ
from the # of purchases as some consumers will purchase more than one piece of software
during a purchasing session.
Commission: This is the total commission that the sample site has earned during the
reporting period. In this case the sample site has sold a total of $2,484 in merchandise
and earned $2,484 at a $2.00 commission rate.
Accepted Date: This is the date that the sample site was admitted to the Affiliate
Program.
Total Commissions: Once again, this is the total earned by the affiliate site
during the reporting period.
Average Sale: This is the average commission earned per sale ($2,484 divided by
1,242 sales = $2.00 average commission per sale). |
