Disney/ABC Cable Undergraduate Program
Come join Disney/ABC Cable Networks as an Undergraduate Associate and become a member of our team! We are looking for junior and senior students interested in gaining hands-on experience while enjoying the fun of working for Disney! Our program is dedicated to giving students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in their related area of interest. Each Associate works with mentors and coaches, observing and experiencing the daily responsibilities in various professional areas. Our Associates will benefit from our project-based assignments, allowing them to enjoy an individual sense of accomplishment and achievement.

With our headquarters in Burbank, CA and regional offices in New York, Chicago, and Atlanta, Disney/ABC Cable Networks is able to offer Undergraduate Associate opportunities in several regions around the country. Disney/ABC Cable Networks offers internship sessions in a variety of fields and departments including Finance & Administration, Programming & Production, Sales, and Broadcast Operations, Engineering & Technology to name a few!
Our sessions are paid opportunities and are typically three months in length. We offer Full-Time internships during our summer sessions and Part-Time or Full-Time internships (depending on school schedules) throughout the academic year. During the academic year, Disney/ABC hosts two Undergraduate Associate sessions: Fall Session and Winter/Spring session. Our Summer program also has two overlapping sessions, one beginning late May/early June to accommodate semester-school schedules and one beginning in late June to accommodate quarter-school schedules.
