PDF-formatted files. If you don't have this software, it can be
downloaded easily by clicking the note at the bottom of any page
within the Plan Your Getaway section. Once you have Adobe Acrobat
Reader installed, you’re ready to go!
- In Plan
Your Getaway, you can view Vacation
Points Charts for Disney Vacation Club Resorts, and Reservation
Points Charts for The Disney Collection, Concierge Collection,
and Adventurer Collection. Just click on the Collection
you'd like to view from the menu on the left.
- Click on Vacation Planner and calculate
the number of Vacation Points you'll need for your next Disney
Vacation Club vacation.
- From this same page, you can print out
a faxable grocery
order form to have items waiting in
your Vacation Home when you arrive at any of the Disney Vacation
Club Resorts.
- While you're in Vacation Planner, you
can visit Add
to the Magic, and view the latest Disney
Vacation Club product information, including pricing and financing
information.
- Vacation Planner also allows you to
submit a reservation
request for a Disney Vacation Club
Resort.

Email Member Services
- From any page on the web site, click on the
Email Member Services button in the upper right hand corner of
your screen. It’s an easy way to link directly to Member
Services by email.
- You can also contact Member Services by sending
an email to members@disneyvacationclub.com.
- Be sure to include the subject of your email
in the subject line. Examples of typical subject lines include
Banking, Reservations, Address Change, Walt Disney World®
Resort Info, and Availability. Be sure to include your full
name (as it appears on your contract) and your 12-digit Member
Number.
Refer A Friend
- It's easy to invite friends and family
to join our magical community. Just select Refer
A Friend, fill in the information listed
on the form, send the request, and a Disney Vacation Club
Cast Member will contact them.
Member Email
Now you can register or update your email
address online by clicking on the "Member Exclusive Emails"
fence icon located on every page of our web site.
