Q: I'm currently a Member at Disney's Old Key West Resort, but I'm interested in adding on at Disney's Vero Beach Resort, even though I've never been there. Can you tell me if they're similar?
A: Well, they're similar in that each Disney Vacation Club Resort is maintained and operated according to Disney's exceptional standards. Each resort is considered your "home away from home," and we do our best to make sure you feel welcome and completely at ease during every stay. With that said, however, there are many differences between the resorts. Appearances, themes, and experiences vary widely. To help you compare your Home Resort with the others, please read the individual descriptions for Disney's Beach Club Villas, Disney's BoardWalk Villas, Disney's Old Key West Resort, The Villas At Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort, and Disney's Vero Beach Resort. This should help you appreciate the many exciting variations between the Disney Vacation Club Resorts.

Q: I know the Vacation Homes are "fully equipped," but I'm still not sure what's included and what I need to pack. Help!
A: One of the many advantages Disney Vacation Club offers Members is the chance to enjoy a vacation away, while still having the comforts of home. Please review the list of vacation home amenities to get an idea of what's waiting for you. Then explore the Home Resort you're interested in to see the room layouts.

Q: Can you tell me how housekeeping services are provided at Disney Vacation Club Resorts?
A: Disney Vacation Club Resorts are condominium-style resorts, designed to be your "home away from home." Therefore, daily housekeeping service is not provided. "Trash & Towel" services and full cleaning services are alternately provided on every fourth day of your stay. Please visit housekeeping services for a complete description. If would like, these services are available to you more frequently for a fee. To make your request, please contact the front desk prior to your arrival or at check-in.

Q: We'll be in an Inn Room (a studio size room) during our stay at Disney's Vero Beach Resort. Will there be a washer and dryer in our room?
A: No, there won't be one in your room (or in studios at any Disney Vacation Club Resort). But complimentary washers and dryers are conveniently located throughout the resort for you to use. At Disney Vacation Club Resorts, only one-, two-, and three-bedroom Vacation Homes come equipped with a washer and dryer.

Q: We'd like to plan our vacation schedule for the year. Can you tell us what's happening at the Walt Disney World® Resort?
A: There's always lots of excitement at the Walt Disney World Resort. For a complete description of what's ahead, please visit the Walt Disney World Resort web site at disneyworld.com. Or, invest in a copy of this year's Birnbaum's Walt Disney World. It's a great book for anyone who's planning a visit.

Q: Are pets allowed to stay in the Vacation Homes?
A: For the overall comfort of our Members, pets are not permitted to stay at any of the Disney Vacation Club Resorts, except for service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act. However, we are happy to recommend kennels near the resort where you'll be staying. For more information, click on the section for your Home Resort.

Q: What times are check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm (please notify the front desk,
or Member Services if you're planning a late arrival), and check-out is by 11:00 am. If you arrive before your Vacation Home is ready (prior to 4:00 pm), you can begin enjoying the resort amenities by registering at the Front Desk, and leaving your luggage with the bell services staff.
