	What is my Member Number?
	How many Vacation Points will I need to make this reservation?
	Will I need to bank or borrow Vacation Points to make this reservation?
	Is this reservation for me or a Guest? (Note: If you're calling for a Guest, you'll need their name, address, phone number, and exact party size to complete the reservation.)
	Is this a reservation for a Disney Vacation Club Resort? If so, which one?
	Am I within my booking window? (No more than 11 months in advance of check-out date for my Home Resort; no more than 7 months in advance of check-out date for all other Disney Vacation Club Resorts.)
	Is this a Member Getaways exchange? If so, what is my destination?
	What are my preferred travel dates? Alternate dates? For Member Getaways, please have at least three alternate dates in mind.
	What size accommodations will I need? Alternate choices?
	How many people will be in my party? (Please include the number of adults, and the number of children and their ages.)
	Do I have any special accommodation requests? (The front desk staff will do their best to accommodate you based on availability, but specific views or locations are not guaranteed.) For additional Information about special accommodation requests, see special requirements.
	Do I need assistance with travel arrangements? What is my departure city? What are my dates of travel? What time frames would I prefer to travel?
	Do I need a rental car?
	Do I need information on transportation to and from the airport?
	Would I like a grocery order delivered to my Vacation Home the day I arrive? (Note: Available for a fee at Disney Vacation Club Resorts only.)
