Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

If you arrive early, you can still enjoy the resort's amenities before checking into your Vacation Home. Just register with the front desk and leave your luggage with the bell services staff until your Vacation Home is ready (after 4:00 pm).

If you will be arriving late, or if you need special arrangements, please notify Member Services. And if you'd like to stay and enjoy the resort on your day of departure, simply check-out by 11:00 am and leave your luggage with the bell services staff. You can pick it up when it's time for you to leave.

Please note: If you request a room change once you check-in (for a different view, a different floor, etc.), you will be charged a room-change fee, based upon Vacation Home size. Please make all room requests (including location and/or smoking/non-smoking) at the time of reservation. We do our best to honor your wishes, but requests cannot be guaranteed.
